Welcome to Santa’s Wonderland, where Christmas begins in South Australia. Our goal is to create fun, magical and memorable experiences for families in the lead-up to Christmas.
As a prospective team member, you’ll need to complete the staff induction and training process. Before starting work, please complete your online employment documents and provide the required Working with Children Check and police check through the links on the Home Page.
1. Your Role at the Event
Our team plays an important part in making Santa’s Wonderland a success. We provide training to help you build the knowledge and confidence to carry out your role and respond appropriately to different situations.
2. Roles Include:

3. Activity Trail Attendant
4. Ice Skating Attendant
5. Jumping Castle Attendant
6. Food and Beverage Attendant
7. Retail Attendant
8. Santa’s Photos Attendant
9. Photographer
10. Point of Sale Attendant
On-the-job training will be provided for each role. Every position calls for a responsible team member who can stay positive, focused and attentive throughout each session.
3. Work Ethic and Guest Experience
As a frontline team member, your conduct reflects on Santa’s Wonderland. Please bring a professional, positive attitude to your role and treat every guest with warmth and respect.
A friendly, outgoing manner is important. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members who enjoy engaging with people and helping create a welcoming, family-friendly experience for every guest.
4. Uniform and Personal Presentation
Santa’s Wonderland will provide one full uniform for each team member. Uniforms must be worn for every shift and returned complete and in good condition. If you need a clean replacement during your shift, please ask your supervisor and return any extra items when you no longer need them.
Team members may be charged the listed replacement value for uniform items that are lost or damaged:
● Shirt: $20
● Skirt: $50
● Tights: $15
● Hat: $10
If your role does not require a full costume uniform, wear plain black trousers and closed-toe shoes.
Please arrive clean, neat and well-groomed. Keep hair tidy and tied back, and maintain good personal hygiene, including clean breath and groomed facial hair. Makeup should be neat and suitable for a family-friendly event.
5. Uniform Standards
● Wear your full uniform throughout your shift.
● Do not tie up your shirt or roll up its sleeves.
● Keep tattoos and piercings covered or out of sight.
● Keep hair tied back and makeup neat and appropriate.
● Do not wear your Santa’s Wonderland uniform outside of work.
