I understand that smoking is not permitted while I am on duty and should only be done during designated breaks in accordance with event policy. I recognize that eating meals or snacks during work hours is not allowed, and I will consume food only during my designated breaks. I am aware of the policy prohibiting friends or relatives from visiting or socializing with me while I am on duty. I understand that if personal commitments hinder my ability to perform my duties as an attendant, I must inform management so that I can be replaced by a qualified individual.
