Working at Santa’s Gift Store
At the Santas gift store there is a variety of Christmas themed and novelty items that patrons can purchase at their visit to Santa’s wonderland.
A variety of Santas wonderland wonder buddie plush toys, light up wands, bubble guns and hats can be purchased.
Your role is to great patrons, assist with their purchases and maintain the store visual merchandise appearance by restocking displayed items.
You must keep the store clean and clear of any rubbish.
You must remove any broken or damaged goods.
Light up wands in baskets have a displayed item on the Front, you must ensure these are turns on and that they have a fully charged battery, displayed items can be changed but old displayed items must be accounted for with a supervisor.
At busy periods towards the end of the session there will be additional attendants join your outlet to assist in serving lots of patrons for a short period.
At the end of the session you can go on your break and the gift store will be replenished ready for the next session.
You can conduct transactions in cash or eftpos.
Please note that some patrons have pre purchased gift store dollars and will present with a gift store voucher valued at $25. Patrons can redeem this on any items and can add additional funds by way of cash or eftpos if purchasing additional items.,
It is important to maintain good cash handling skills and always give the correct change at each transaction.
