## 1. Working Our Children’s Rides
Our Children’s rides consist of the following attractions:
– *Dragon Wagon*: Roller coaster for parents and children
– *Super Planes*: Parents can ride with children
– *Tea Cups*: Parents can ride with children
– *Super Trucks*: Children only
– *Motorbikes*: Children only (ages 2 to 12)

### Height Requirements
– Children must be at least *60 cm* tall.
– For the *Dragon Wagon, the height requirement is **90 cm*.
– Children must be able to sit up by themselves (babies are not permitted).
### Operator Attention
It is crucial to maintain complete attention on the moving ride at all times, as most rides have a simple control panel with a stop and start button.

## 2. Safety
As the ride operator, you are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the ride. Your direct contact with patrons makes it your job to ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience.
—
## 3. Your Job Responsibilities
When you first arrive at your ride, you must:
1. *Scan the Area*: Look for any hazards that may cause tripping, and ensure that power leads are covered.
2. *Clean the Ride*: Ensure all areas of the carriages are clean and the seats are dry.
3. *Inspect Safety*: Walk around the ride to ensure that fences are sufficiently distanced from the ride carriages and conduct a visual inspection for any damaged or worn components, including seat belts.
*Important*: If you are unsure of the ride’s safety, do not operate it. Contact a member of the management team for assistance.
—
## 4. Pre-Operational Run Cycle
Before opening the ride, turn it on and allow it to run for *3 cycles* to ensure proper operation. Test the emergency stop button to confirm it is functional. Always ensure the emergency stop button is engaged when you leave the operating controls.
—
## 5. Loading Procedures
1. *Balanced Loading*: Load the ride evenly, ensuring carriages opposite one another are filled before filling side by side.
2. *Safety Compliance*: Ensure patrons are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol and do not bring items such as bags, food, or drinks onto the ride. All loose items, including keys and mobile phones, must be removed prior to riding.
3. *Collect Tickets*: Open the entry gates and collect tickets. Secure the gate once all riders are inside.
4. *Check Safety*: Walk around the ride to ensure all riders are sitting upright and seat belts are secure. Parents may assist children into the carriages but must leave the fenced area afterward.
5. *Warning Signal*: Before starting the ride, give patrons a warning signal by tooting the horn or calling out “HERE WE GO” to ensure they are prepared for movement.
To start the ride, press the *green start button*.
—
## 6. While the Ride is in Operation
– Maintain *eye contact* at all times.
– Monitor the ride and the perimeters, including entry and exit gates.
– Mobile phones are strictly prohibited; do not use them while the ride is in operation.
– Watch for children attempting to move or change seats and for any children who may become upset.
—
## 7. Emergency Stop Procedures
You must remain at the control panel and not leave the station while the ride is operating. Be prepared to hit the *EMERGENCY STOP* button if needed.
– For *Tea Cups, Super Trucks, Santa Fe Train, and Elephant Train*: The ride stops immediately, and assistance can be administered directly.
– For *Red Baron Planes and Taxi Jets*: The ride will stop, and gondolas will descend to the starting position. Do not assist until the ride has fully stopped.
– For the *Dragon Wagon*: The ride stops immediately. If it stops at the highest point, use ladders to reach patrons and provide assistance.
If a child is distressed and you feel it necessary to stop the ride, you may do so, ensuring that all remaining children are secure in their seats with seat belts fastened before stopping.
—
## 8. Special Notes
– Children are unpredictable and can change their behavior quickly. Always pay attention to ensure they remain seated. If any child appears to be moving from their seat, immediately hit the *Emergency Stop* button.
– In the event of a power outage, the ride will come to a standstill. Press the *E-Stop button* to ensure the ride does not start suddenly when power is restored. Inform the riders to remain seated until a management member resolves the issue. If power cannot be restored, you may unload the riders.
– If power is restored and patrons are still seated, check that everyone’s seat belts are secure before restarting the ride.
—
