Introduction to Santa’s Wonderland
Welcome to Santa’s Wonderland, where Christmas begins in SA. Santa’s Wonderland is all about creating a fun, magical and memorable experiences for families leading into Christmas.
If you’re here then you are in the process to become a member of the Santa’s Wonderland team and need to complete the staff induction and training process. To become a member of our team you will be required to complete your employment documents online, have completed and supplied your working with children’s clearance and police checks in the links provided on the page.
Your Role in the Event:
Santa’s Wonderland recognises the importance our team member’s contribute to the success of an event. We are dedicated to providing thorough training to all team members to arm you with the knowledge & confidence you need to handle any situation in the execution of your role as a Santa’s wonderland event attendant.
Your Work Ethic
You are on the front line of operations and as such your actions reflect directly on the Event. It is vital to us that you maintain a professional, positive attitude towards the position you have been selected for.
A friendly outgoing personality towards customers is important. Your job is to provide a family friendly experience for every guest visiting the Santa’s Wonderland. We are looking for enthusiastic employees who enjoy engaging the people.
There are a variety of roles available at Santa’s Wonderland and full on the job training will be provided for each. The positions require responsible persons who can maintain a positive focus during each session.
1. Ride Attendant.

4. Ice skating attendants
5. Jumping castles attendants
6. Food & Beverage Attendant
7. Retail attendants
Uniforms
Santa’s Wonderland will provide a full uniform for all attendants. Please see table below listing all items and their value. You will be given one full set of uniforms. These need to be worn at each shift and returned in good condition and in full. If you do not have a clean uniform for your shift you can ask for a new one but additional items must be returned when not needed. If they are damaged or lost you will need to pay the retail value of them. If you are not required to where a full costume uniform i.e. shirt, skirt, tights and hat. please wear plain black pants with closed in shoes.
Always have clean neat tidy appearance and keep hair well groomed and pulled back. Make up can be more fun but appropriate to a family friendly environment. Good personal hygiene is essential and employees must have a fresh clean appearance including shower, body deodorant, groomed facial hair and fresh clean breath.
* Shirts x 1 = $10 each
* Skirts x 1 $30 each
* Tights x 1 $15 each
* Hats x 1 $10 each
Presentation
* Full uniform must be worn at all times when you are on shift,
* Shirts are not to be tied up or sleeves rolled up,
* No tattoos or piercings can be visible,
* Hair should be tied back and makeup should be neat and casual.
Santa’s Wonderland uniforms will not be worn in casual settings outside of work.
OHAS
All Santa’s Wonderland workers must comply with Australian Occupational Health & Safety Standards. Specifically:
* Closed in shoes must be worn at all times when at work.
